A selection of postcards is available at our reception desk. We are happy to mail them for you!
Flowers
Would you like to surprise a special person? Then why don’t you express your love with flowers? If you tell us your wishes a day in advance, we will arrange for a bouquet for the following day.
Storage vault and safe
You may leave your valuables in a sealed or locked bag at the reception desk without having to inform our staff about the contents. They will take it to our storage vault. Most rooms also include a safe.

Massage
Our masseurs will be happy to welcome you in the massage parlor on the second floor of the wellness area.

Sunday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Rental cars
Ask our reception desk for a rental car or turn directly to the Shell station in Sölden, which is open Monday to Sunday, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (phone: 05254-2168)
Mini club
Our Kids’ Club is open daily to children aged 4 and up. Hours are from Sunday to Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. A kids’ dinner takes place every day at 6 p.m. Please ask the reception desk for a weekly program.
Scheiber Sport
Our new sports store sells a wide variety of products. Our experienced sales clerks will advise you about the newest skiing technology to make sure you are safe on the slopes. We carry a big selection of brand-name sports goods and accessories. Our knowledgeable staff is here to help you with ski rental and tuning services, as well.

Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Games
The reception desk will lend you board games to enjoy with your kids and friends.
Wellness & leisure area (on the second floor)
After a long day on the slopes, come and relax in our new Glacier Spa! This wellness area includes an indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as a weight room. Pamper yourself in different saunas: Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, ice grotto, laconium, steam-bath. Stimulate your circulation with a Kneipp hot and cold water treatment. Or how about a relaxing massage?
Hours:
Swimming pool: daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saunascape: daily from 2 p.m. (in case of bad weather from 10 a.m. onwards).
Thank you for understanding that children under 16 are not permitted in the wellness area. Children may use the swimming pools in the company of their parents.
Newspapers
If you wish, the reception desk will order newspapers for you from our newsstand directly across from the hotel.
Room service
From 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. A short waiting period may occur. A surcharge of EURO 5 will be applied. Please place your order at the reception desk.
